The Art of Eating through the Zombie Apocalypse Review

The Art of Eating through the Zombie Apocalypse Prepper Review

When we are talking about the end of the civilized I think you and I know a lot. There are some books that really bring that point home from the first page The Art of Eating through the Zombie Apocalypse does that job.

“Once civilization collapses you will probably never eat another glazed donut”

That sentence for me signifies the purest reason why you should prepare for the worst. So when that day comes we will not only survive, but also have the ability to make foods that comfort us in our darkest hour of need… foods like a delicious glazed donut.

I’m a true believer that there is a major crisis is brewing around the corner. One that will take you and throw you into a world of madness chaos and confusion and those who know will be the ones that will survive. Be it the crash of the work markets, loss of electricity, fall of our government or even the zombie apocalypse. The SH** will hit the fan… it’s just a matter of time (and not much time in my opinion).

The Art of Eating through the Zombie ApocalypseLuckily Lauren Wilson’s The Art of Eating through the Zombie Apocalypse gives hope for sustaining yourself while you’re on the run during the zpoc.

This book has some beautiful illustrations by Kristian Bauthus and the theme is playful, but don’t be fooled, this book is at it’s heart a back country guide to eating, foraging, cooking, how to basics, surviving in the wild and more importantly recipes…

In my Expert Prepper opinion, The Art of Eating through the Zombie Apocalypse is entertaining and informative. A definite addition to your survival library and one you should keep close at hand when your party or family look upon you to create a meal fit for kings and queens when all you have is squirrel, a handful of root vegetables, two Twinkies and a your survival spices.
